This privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") tells you about the information that the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development("bodycare.ws ") and its affiliates and partners collect in connection with the operation of its websites (collectively, the "Site"), how the information is used and how you can access and correct certain information that we may collect. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected from you by bodycare.ws via the Site and does not apply to information obtained or disclosed through offline correspondence or personal contacts with bodycare.ws representatives. In addition, to the extent that you disclose, or you authorize bodycare.ws to disclose, your information to other parties, whether they are vendors, service providers or other users of the Site, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information disclosed to them. Additionally, the Site may contain links to other entities' websites that are not controlled or operated by bodycare.ws. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such third party websites, and bodycare.ws is not responsible for the content of such third party websites or the privacy practices of such third parties. Therefore, we encourage you to request and review the privacy policies of any third parties upon disclosing your information such parties or visiting such third party websites.
In addition, California residents have certain rights under state law related to the sharing of personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.  bodycare.ws has chosen to comply with California law SB 27 by providing a cost-free means to opt-out of disclosure of personally identifiable information for direct marketing purposes as described in the section titled "Choice and Opt-Out Preferences" below.

Collection of Your Personal Information
You can access some areas of the Site without submitting any personally identifiable information. bodycare.ws collects personally identifiable information only if you choose to: (a) complete the online forms to register to become a member of bodycare.ws, participate in any bodycare.ws program, purchase products, sign up for seminars, tutorials, professional development programs, classes, polling panels, volunteer or leadership positions or other programs, subscribe to our newsletters or other publications, participate in our "What Works in Schools" and other surveys, report issues, or request information or assistance through the Site or (b) post any information on discussion groups, bulletin boards or forums on the Site including, without limitation, the WebBoard area of the Site. The personally identifiable information that bodycare.ws collects through these portions of the Site includes your name, e mail address, address, telephone number and fax number. Under some circumstances we may also request and collect additional information that is necessary or appropriate for the completion of a transaction requested by you, such as credit card or banking information and billing address. We may also collect demographic data, including, without limitation, through our "What Works in Schools" site and other surveys. All of the information that you provide on the Site is maintained by bodycare.ws or service providers acting on behalf of bodycare.ws.  bodycare.ws may also collect certain non-personally identifiable information in connection with the operation of the Site, including IP addresses, browser or operating system information, data on purchases, and the websites that you visit before or after you visit the Site. Such information is maintained by bodycare.ws or service providers acting on behalf of bodycare.ws.

Do We Employ "Cookies" Or Other Similar Technologies?
bodycare.ws may use "cookies," log files, clear gifs or similar technologies on certain portions of the Site. bodycare.ws does not use cookies to retrieve information that is unrelated to your visit or your interaction with the Site.
